MAY 2005
May 26 (12) This is my commandment that you love one another as I have loved you. (13) Greater love has no man than this that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:12-13
APRIL 2005
April 22 Did you ever hear the phrase “God is watching you?” Well, that is true. God watches over all of us every second of every day.
MARCH 2005
March 25 For those of us who know Jesus as our personal Lord and Savior, there is a third facet to the loss and grief and that, my friends, is victory. For the Bible tells us in John, chapter 20, verses 11-18, Jesus arose in resurrection glory and in defeat of sin and the grave.
JANUARY 2005
Jan. 10 What a wonderful day it was on New Year’s Day! We all got a little wet at first but it was a great day of racing.
NOVEMBER 2004
Nov. 1 (1) Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. (2) In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. (3) And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself; that where I am there ye may be also. John 14:1-3 (KJV)
OCTOBER 2004
Oct. 16 As we have come to the end of our racing season, I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to several people.

First of all, I say thank you to Jesus Christ for saving me first and foremost. I also want to thank him for giving me the opportunity to meet each and every one of you at the Speedway.

Oct. 1 (25) And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea. (26) And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, it is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. (27) But straightway Jesus spake unto them saying, “Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.” (28) And Peter answered him and said “ Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water.” (29) And he said, “ Come.” And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. (30) But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, “ Lord, save me.” (31) And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, ”O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?” Matt. 25-31 (KJV)

Sept. 24 Hebrews 11:1 (KJV) Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things unseen.
Sept. 17 14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid.15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Matt. 5:14-16 (KJV)
Sept. 8 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13 (KJV)
AUGUST 2004
Aug. 27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment. Heb 9:27 (KJV)
Aug. 5 (7) I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. (8) Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me on that day: and not to me only but to them also that love his appearing. 2 Tim. 4:7-8 (KJV)
JULY 2004
July 28 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, (2) Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12: 1-2 (KJV)
July 14 And swear by him that liveth forever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer. Rev. 10:6 (KJV)
July 8 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. Matt. 26:41 (KJV)
