Greetings in the matchless name of
Jesus!
What
a wonderful day it was on New Year’s Day! We all got a little wet at first but
it was a great day of racing. I was glad to get back and see all of you again.
With a new year we all have new beginnings. For those of you who have moved up
in divisions I wish you the best of luck and I know you will do well.
I was also glad to hear that some of
those who left us to serve in Iraq came home safely. To you I say thank you from
the bottom of my heart for serving our great nation. At the same token, I was
saddened that I had to send off a dear brother in Christ to serve over there. He
will be over there for 18 months. My prayer for him, and for all of the others
who are over there, is that God will return them safely home.
I am reminded of the words of Jesus as he was about to be given over to be
crucified. John 15:13 says: “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay
down his life for his friends.”
These soldiers are laying down their lives for
us every day. I ask you to say thank you to our service men and women when you
pass them on the street and also to our veterans who have served our nation
well. These brave men and women are over there protecting us for low pay and
working long hours. They have to call home on “their own dime.”
I have often wondered how I could help. Well there’s a way we can all help. The
VFW has a program called “operation uplink”.
www.operationuplink.org. They send calling cards to our service men
and women so that they can call home without digging into their paychecks.
The quote “all gave some but some gave all” rings true. For those who have lost
loved ones over there, I mourn for your loss. For those who have loved ones over
there I pray for you and them that you will be reunited soon.
Jesus gave his all for us that we might have eternal life. Sometimes life is a
war. But through Jesus we can claim victory. If you don’t know him, seek him out
today.
I’m always here for you if you need me. The ministry phone is always on and I’ll
call you if I can’t get to the phone. The number is 317-385-2385. I can always
be reached by e-mail at

RWJM is a faith based ministry and relies on your generous contributions to stay
in operation. You can make your tax-deductible donation at

If anyone knows of a printing company that would be willing to help me out by
printing our stickers for us PLEASE call me or e-mail me. Our current printing
costs are around $1,000.00 for the season. That was just for our track here at
Anderson. I would greatly appreciate any help we could get. Stay warm, stay
healthy, and go with God for he will always go with you!
May God Bless each and every one of you!
