Ben Tunny is no stranger to winning at Anderson Speedway adding the 65th running of the National Crown to his resume on Saturday. Tunny set fast time and led all 100 laps to record his sixth career win at Anderson Speedway. Tunney becomes the first driver to win the National Crown and the three-hour Figure-8 championship at the Indianapolis Speedrome.

Greenfield driver Doug Dugger finally found his way to a feature win in the Thunder Roadster Division at Anderson Speedway. Dugger had finished second in three consecutive races and celebrated his first feature win of 2014 in the Tim Thompson Nationwide Insurance Winner’s Circle on Saturday.

Gary Eaton battled his way to the feature win in the Vores Compact Touring Series at Anderson Speedway holding off Ron Masters by less than a second. Eaton started on the outside of the front row and jumped into the lead challenged by Chris Jennings and fast qualifier Larry Hughes Jr.

Nick Warner continued his dominating season in the Front Wheel Drive Figure-8 Division winning for the eighth time in nine races. For Warner last Saturday at Anderson Speedway marked his sixth pole position, fourth heat victory and eighth feature win. It also marked the fourth time that he swept the competition by setting fast time and then scoring heat and feature wins.

Dustin Burge inherited the lead with 15 laps remaining and went on to win his first Champion Racing Association Street Stock feature of the year. Burge, the defending series champion, had to survive two restarts to record the victory on Murat Shrine Night at Anderson Speedway by first holding off Jason Atkinson and then Calvin Parham.
