Competitors and the staff of Anderson Speedway are starting the Halloween holiday a week early with events for children and 75-lap features in three divisions.

In a dominating performance Josh Poore led 95 of the 100 laps to capture the Thunder Car feature on the Stoops Freightliner Night of Thrills Saturday at Anderson Speedway.

The popular Thunder Cars will be making their second appearance of the 2015 season at Anderson Speedway this Saturday with a 100-lap feature event.

Geoff Kaiser got a wake-up call with five laps remaining when Donnie Adams Jr. almost made the pass for the lead in the USSA Sprint Car Challenge Series.
