The rain is beginning to taper off and we are preparing to dry the track which will take approximately an hour. After the track is dry the drivers will have a three hour window to practice, with a 15 minute break before the two hour qualifying window.

Due to non stop showers, the Little 500 presented by UAW-GM practice scheduled for Wednesday, May 24 has been postponed. Pit gates will open at 9 am Thursday morning and practice is slated from 11am until 2pm with round one qualifications set for 2:15pm until 4:15pm. With tight point races in all six divisions at Anderson Speedway the Spring Championships paying double points is crucial to the race teams.

That first victory in a CRA Sportsman Late Model race once again eluded Jeff Marcum when a flat tire with 10 laps remaining gave the victory to R.J. Norton at Anderson Speedway.

Michigan driver Johnny VanDoorn used a bump and run move with three laps remaining to capture the Koorsen Fire & Security 125 for the CRA Super Series late models at Anderson Speedway on Sunday.

The racing program scheduled for Saturday, May 6 Featuring the ARCA/CRA Super Series Late Models, CRA Street Stocks and ThunderCar 100 has been moved to Sunday, May 7. Gates will open at 2:30pm with Racing at 4pm. Adult admission is $15 – Kids 6-12 are $4 and 5 and under are FREE! The open practice scheduled for tonight Friday, May 5 has been canceled due to rain.
