POSITION TITLE: Not-for-Profit/Non-Profit Opportunities (Event Work)
LOCATION: Anderson Speedway, 1311 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. BLVD Anderson, Indiana 46016
COMPANY SUMMARY:
Anderson Speedway is predominantly a racing facility located Northeast of Indianapolis. It hosts over 50 events a year including the Lucas Oil Little 500 presented by UAW and the Redbud 400. Anderson Speedway hosts some of the nation’s top short track touring series as well as six local racing divisions. However, we are also about people. A talented staff with diverse skills that are used to the fullest in order to stage the world’s greatest motor racing events.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Anderson Speedway offers a variety of opportunities with 501c3 organizations in exchange for guest service support during major events. Groups will be compensated based on group size and work closely with our Anderson Speedway event staff in a variety of roles, including but not limited to:
- Gate/ticket Operations
- Grandstand Ushering & Assistance
- Concession Stand Operations
- Program Sellers
*Specifically looking for groups for our larger scale events including:
- 75th Annual Lucas Oil Little 500 presented by UAW: May 24-27
- Fourth of July Figure 8 Madness: July 4th
- 57th Annual Greg Hubler Automotive Group Redbud 400: July 15th
- Night of Thrills: September 2nd
