Anderson Speedway officials have announced the cancellation of the Open Practice scheduled for Friday due to rain showers and cold temperatures. The Saturday forecast of frigid temperatures has pushed back the Saturday race program to Sunday.
On Sunday, the pit area opens at 1:30 p.m. with practice beginning at 2:30 and racing taking the green flag at 5.
Anderson Speedway returns to racing action on Sunday, October 5 with the 18th Annual Grant Fritz/Greg Dietzen Memorial featuring the Legends, Twin 50’s with the McGunegill Engine Performance Late Models and Street Stocks plus Pro Compacts.
