Anderson, Indiana (May 30, 2018): Anderson Speedway officials have decided to go back to the original plan of not racing on June 2nd. This will give the staff of Anderson Speedway time to get the facility back in condition for the June 9th Military Appreciation Night presented by Double T Leather.
Military Appreciation Night will see the McGunegill Engine Late Models enter into a 75 Lap Shootout with the winner taking home $1500. They will be joined by K&M Tool and Die Mel Kenyon Midget Series, Vores Welding & Steel Street Stocks, and Marcums Welding Front Wheel Drives.
The K&M Tool and Die Mel Kenyon Midget Series race from June 2 has been rescheduled for Thursday, June 21. They will run alongside Non-Wing Sprint Cars, Outlaw Figure 8’s, and Thunder Roadsters for Thursday Night Sprints.
