Racing date added at Anderson Speedway for May 16
ANDERSON, Ind. – Due to unfavorable conditions on April 4th, Anderson Speedway was forced to cancel its Opening Weekend festivities. Officials have announced that the activities previously scheduled for April 4th have been rescheduled for Saturday, May 16.
The rescheduled program will feature a full slate of racing, including:
- Verns Concrete Late Models (40 laps)
- Beaver Contracting Thunder Roadsters (25 laps)
- VORES Welding & Steel Street Stocks (35 laps)
- Front Wheel Drives (25 laps)
Schedule of Events (subject to change):
- 2:30 PM – Pit Gates Open
- 4:00 PM – Practice (rotating)
- 6:00 PM – Qualifications
- 7:20 PM – Invocation & National Anthem
- 7:30 PM – Feature Events
Fans have experienced an exciting start to the 2026 season, and can look forward to another full night of racing action. Anderson Speedway appreciates the patience of its fans, teams, and partners and looks forward to welcoming everyone to the track on May 16.
