(Anderson, IN) – 4-Time CRA Jegs All Star Tour Champion Cody Coughlin is among
the early entries for the ASA STARS National Tour “Redbud 400” at Anderson
Speedway.
The Delaware, Ohio native will jump behind the wheel of an Anthony Campi Racing
prepared Super Late Model on Saturday July 20th for the 58th Annual Redbud 400, a
track Coughlin knows well. Coughlin picked up the win back on May 4th during the
O’Reilly’s Auto Parts 100 at the Anderson Speedway where he also broke the Track
Record in Qualifying for the Jegs All Star Tour Pro Late Model division.
Coughlin claimed the CRA Jegs All Star Tour title in 2013, 2016, 2020 and 2021. He
currently has 11 wins in the series which has him tied for 1st on the All Time Wins list
with Brian Campbell.
Coughlin has found success in the Super Late Model landscape as well. He has seven
wins in the series dating back to 2014 when he won his first race with the series at the
Winchester Speedway during the World Stock Car Festival 100. He is a past CRA
Super Series winner at Anderson Speedway , as well as Toledo Speedway and Baer
Field Motorsports Park. Coughlin has run the Historic Redbud 400 5 times in his career.
In 2019 he finished 4th amongst the likes of Johnny VanDoorn, Jack Dossey III and
Daniel Hemric.
The Redbud 400 is scheduled for Friday and Saturday at Anderson (IN) Speedway. The
event will serve as race #6 of the ASA Stars National Tour season. The Redbud 400 will
be co-sanctioned by the ASA CRA Super Series.
Advance sale, discount tickets for the 2024 ASA STARS National Tour Redbud 400
event are now on sale. Tickets can be purchased by visiting the Anderson Speedway
Ticket Office or online HERE! Advance sale tickets are $20 for adults through Friday,
July 19 th and go up to $25 on Saturday, July 20 th (Race Day). Tickets for kids aged 6-12
will be $10 and kids aged 5 and under will be free. Seating for this event is general
admission seating.
Hauler parking, tech inspection and practice are scheduled for Friday, July 19. Go Fas
Pole Qualifying and the 400 lap STARS Main Event are set for Saturday, July 20.
The return of the ASA STARS National Tour to Anderson will take place in conjunction
with Indianapolis Motor Speedway’s huge Brickyard 400 Weekend, and ARCA and
NASCAR Truck Series events at Indianapolis Raceway Park. The Redbud 400 start
time has been moved back to 8:00PM Eastern Time, allowing fans to make the trek
northeast from INDY to catch the Stars and Cars of ASA.
