Championship Weekend Set for Anderson Speedway

ANDERSON, Ind. – Championship weekend is set at Anderson Speedway, with double points on the line as drivers in seven divisions battle for season championships Friday and Saturday night.

Racing will begin at 7:30 p.m. both nights, with a special two-day adult ticket available for just $20.

Friday’s program will feature the Vern’s Concrete Late Models, Knapp Supply Ford Division and Beaver Contracting Legends.

Saturday’s lineup will be headlined by the USA Tire Modifieds, along with the Vore’s Welding & Steel Street Stocks, Beaver Contracting Thunder Roadsters and Front Wheel Drives.

With double points available, every lap will be critical. Championships will be determined through qualifying, heat races and feature competition.

 

Vern’s Concrete Late Models

Ryder VanAlst enters the weekend atop the Vern’s Concrete Late Model standings with a 29-point advantage over Casten Everidge. Nathan Greene and JP Crabtree are tied for third, seven points behind Everidge.

VanAlst, Everidge and Crabtree have all visited victory lane during the 2026 season.

 

USA Tire Modifieds

Defending champion Josh Poore leads the USA Tire Modified standings by 41 points over Dalton Conner. RJ Norton III, rookie Josh Ebbert Jr. and veteran Joe Beaver remain in championship contention.

Poore has scored two feature wins this season, while Conner has one victory.

 

Vores Welding & Steel Street Stocks

Poore also leads the Vore’s Welding & Steel Street Stock standings, holding a 24-point margin over 2024 champion Andrew Cook. Andrew Teepe remains within striking distance.

Poore has two wins this season, with Teepe earning one feature victory.

 

Beaver Contracting Legends

The closest championship battle belongs to the Beaver Contracting Legends, where Xavier King and John Robbins are tied for the points lead. Caleb Burge sits third.

King has recorded two wins during the 2026 season.

 

Knapp Supply Ford Division

Colin Grissom holds a slim nine-point lead over Noah Allison in the Knapp Supply Ford Division standings.

Curtis Chapman, Caleb Burge, Ronnie Phipps and Austin McIntyre also remain in the championship hunt.

 

Front Wheel Drives

Dustin Bartlett leads the Front Wheel Drive standings by 36 points over former champion Nick Warner, with James Allender still in contention for the championship.

 

Beaver Contracting Thunder Roadsters

John Robbins enters championship weekend with a 29-point lead over Doug Dugger in the Beaver Contracting Thunder Roadster standings.

 

Weekend Schedule

Friday’s qualifying is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., with racing beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Saturday qualifying will take place at 5:45 p.m., followed by racing at 7:30 p.m.

Adult admission is $15, children ages 6-12 are $5, and children five and under are admitted free.

With double points on the line, the championship battles will come down to the final checkered flags of the 2026 season.
