(July 8, 2014) – Racing action returns to Anderson Speedway on Saturday, July 12 with CRA Street Stocks, NASH FM ThunderCars, Front Wheel Drives Figure 8 and Thunder Roadsters.

The Stealth Trailers CRA Street Stocks powered by JEGS will make their third appearance at Anderson Speedway. Josh Poore and Bret Miles Jr. have scored feature victories in 2014. In the CRA point standings, Jason Atkinson has a 66 point lead over Jimmy Kirby with Dustin Burge in third position. In the Anderson Speedway Street Stock Point Standings, Poore sits atop the point standings over Burge and James Kirby.

Four consecutive victories have propelled Robbie Wyman to first spot in the NASH FM ThunderCar standings. The remainder of the top five includes Curtis Chapman, Lonny Burton, Morte Lewis and Austin Russell.

In the Front Wheel Drives Figure 8’s, Randy Owens has 28 point advantage over Kamden Creek. Third is Randy Hoppes with Jeff Williams and Elliott McKinney completing the top five.

The Thunder Roadsters will make their sixth appearance at Anderson Speedway. Feature victories have been claimed by Chris Weddel (2), John Robbins (2) and James Edsall lll.

On Saturday, July 12, spectator gates open at 5 p.m. with the racing beginning at 8. Admission is $12 for adults and $4 for kids ages 6-12. Children five and under get in free.
