Rain Showers Force Friday Cancellation

Anderson Speedway Officials cancelled the MAX/WLBC Friday Night Summer Series program on Friday, September 22 due to rain showers. The racing lineup was slated to feature Newco Metals Legends, Insight ThunderCars & Pro ThunderCars along with Chappy’s Rent to Own Front Wheel Drives in Oval and Figure 8 racing.

Anderson Speedway returns to racing action on Saturday Night, September 23, with Ed Martin Auto Group Night at the Races. The Star Press Saturday Night Series showcases the final appearance of the USA Modified Tour along with Boss Hogg Catering & Jerky Figure 8’s and Ed Martin Auto Group SuperTrucks.

On Saturday Night, spectator gates open at 5 p.m. with racing beginning at 8. Admission is $10 for adults and $4 for kids ages 6-12. Children five and under get in free.
