Rain Showers Force Friday Cancellation

Anderson Speedway has cancelled the MAX/WLBC Friday Night Summer Series program for Friday, May 12 due to rain showers. The racing lineup was scheduled to feature American Awards Legends, Insight ThunderCars and Chappy’s Rent to Own Front Wheel Drives on the Oval and Figure 8.

Anderson Speedway returns to racing action on Saturday, May 12, with the Ed Martin Auto Group Super Trucks, Boss Hogg Catering & Jerky Figure 8’s and Lampco Federal Credit Union Street Stocks. The Star Press Saturday Night Series will also include a special appearance by the Mini Cups.

On Saturday Night, spectator gates open at 5 p.m. with the racing beginning at 8. Admission is $10 for adults and $4 for kids ages 6-12. Children five and under get in free.
