Double Header Weekend Set for Friday and Saturday

Anderson Speedway returns to racing action with a double header weekend scheduled on Friday, May 12 and Saturday, May 13. The MAX/WLBC Friday Night Summer Series continues on May 12 with a lineup of American Awards Legends, Insight ThunderCars along with Chappy’s Rent to Own Front Wheel Drives in Oval and Figure 8 racing.

On Saturday, May 13, Ed Martin Auto Group SuperTrucks, Boss Hogg Catering & Jerky Figure 8’s and Lampco Federal Credit Union Street Stocks return to the world’s fastest quarter-mile oval. The Star Press Saturday Night Series will also include a special appearance by the Mini Cups.

On Friday Night, spectator gates open at 5 p.m. with the racing beginning at 8. Admission is $7 for adults and $4 for kids ages 6-12. Children five and under get in free.

On Saturday Night, spectator gates open at 5 p.m. with the racing beginning at 8. Admission is $10 for adults and $4 for kids ages 6-12. Children five and under get in free.
