Cold Weather Cancels March Motorsports Madness on March 12

Anderson Speedway has cancelled March Motorsports Madness on Saturday, March 12, due to a cold weather forecast and the possibility of snow showers. The racing program was scheduled to feature Open Street Stocks, Legends, Insight ThunderCars on the Oval and Figure 8 and Chappy’s Rent to Own Front Wheel Drives in Oval and Figure 8 action.

Anderson Speedway will now kick off March Motorsports Madness on Saturday, March 19, with Open Street Stocks, Legends, Insight ThunderCars in Oval and Figure 8 racing and Chappy’s Rent to Own Front Wheel Drives on the Oval and Figure 8. Also, open practice is available for all divisions on March 19 and March 26.

On Saturday, March 19, the pit area opens at 10 a.m. with practice beginning at 11 a.m. and the racing program starts at 2 p.m. Admission is $7 for adults, $4 for children ages 6-12 and free for kids five and under.
