Street Stocks and Figure 8's Headline Saturday Lineup
Anderson Speedway returns to racing action this weekend with five divisions in action on the world’s fastest quarter-mile oval. The Street Stocks and Figure 8’s will headline the racing lineup joined by Legends, Bandoleros and Pure Stocks.

Rob Allman scored his initial victory of the Street Stock season during Spring Championships on May 22 and took over the points lead. Rich Boyer ranks in second position, just 34 markers from Allman. Early season feature winner Derrick Layne is listed in third spot with Randy Hoppes and Tyler Marsh completing the top five.

In the Figure 8’s, Rod Phipps has posted five top-five finishes that have helped him build an 82 point advantage over Curtis Chapman with Jeff Swinford in third spot. Dale Phillips is fourth with two-time feature winner Jason Pitts rounding out the top five.

Feature racing will also be showcased from the Pure Stocks, Bandoleros and Legends during the Saturday night program.

Spectator gates open at 5 p.m. on Saturday with racing beginning at 8. Admission is $10 for adults and $4 for kids ages 6-12. Children five and under get in free.
