Anderson Speedway Releases Exciting 2010 Schedule

Action Entertainment has released the tentative 2010 racing schedule for Anderson Speedway that celebrates it's 63rd season at the World’s Fastest Quarter-Mile Oval. The Speedway has put a big emphasis on its Saturday night programs for 2010. Headlining Saturdays will be Street Stocks, Figure 8’s, ThunderCars, Pure Stocks and Front Wheel Drives in the Oval and Figure 8.

The 2010 season will begin on Saturday, March 13 with the rescheduled 12th Annual New Year’s Day Bash.

The schedule is packed with many special events and touring series in an effort to give the fans a wide variety of entertainment. Highlighting these will be the 62nd Pay Less Little 500 on Saturday, May 29th with the top asphalt Sprint Car racers in the country. The Redbud 300 returns for a second consecutive year on Monday, July 26 featuring the CRA Super Series Late Models and NASCAR star Kyle Busch, this year with some of his friends.

Several touring series will make visits to Anderson Speedway including USAC National Midgets, CRA Super Series Late Models, Must See Racing Winged Sprints, IOFS Outlaw Figure 8’s, CRA Street Stocks, CRA Sportsman, USSA Midgets and UMRA Midgets.

Four big Nights of Thrills and the Figure 8 Madness on July 4th will continue to be some of the most popular and exciting nights at the Speedway. The Lions Family Festival adds a day to 2010 beginning June 28th.

The 2010 schedule will become official in early February.
