Anderson
Speedway returns to racing action on Saturday, April 18 with the Howe CRA
Sportsman, Street Stocks and Front Wheel Drives in Oval and Figure 8 action.
The Howe CRA Sportsman will make its fourth appearance at the world’s fastest

Rick Rinehart and Justin Alsip.
The Street Stocks will make their second season appearance. Bret Miles, of
Muncie, Ind., dominated the season opener, leading all 30 laps after fending off
challenges from former division champion Josh Burton.
In the Front Wheel Drives, Anderson’s Jeff Saxon has begun his goal of a
division championship in the Oval division by winning two of the three events.
Kevin Harmon scored the other feature victory. The Figure 8 division looks to
begin their season after the opening race on March 28 was postponed to April 24.
On Saturday, April 18, spectator gates open at 4 p.m. with the racing beginning
at 7. Admission is $10 for adults and $4 for kids ages 6-12. Children five and
