Jeff Kaiser scored the HOSS Outlaw Winged Sprint feature win Saturday night at
Anderson Speedway while Rob Allman grabbed the Street Stock headliner. Newcomer
James Hansen sailed to victory in the KOIL Legend main event and Jeff Swinford
was the ImmediaDent Figure 8 victor.
Jeff Kaiser sailed in and out of traffic in the star studded 20 car HOSS Outlaw
Sprint feature and out classed the field as he took the checker by 1.234 seconds
over Jeff Banyas, Jimmy McCune, Kyle Flint and Hank Lower in that order. Banyas
captured the B-main while Flint, Ike Beasley and Jim Dolph were heat winners.
Flint was fast timer at an amazing 10.615 seconds.
Persistency paid off for Rob Allman in the Street Stock feature as he was able
to get around early leader Jacob McElfresh and then was able to hold a charging
Rich Boyer to score his fourth win of the season. Boyer, Jeff Perry, McElfresh
and Danny Acrey, II rounded out the top five. McElfresh and Moser were prelim
winners with Perry fast timer at 14.105 seconds.
Newcomer James Hansen smoked the competition in the KOIL Legend main as he
jumped on the field early and never looked back. Adam Robert was 2nd followed by
defending track champion John Robbins, Travis Braden and Zach Zimmerly. Roberts
and Robbins were prelim winners with Hansen the fast qualifier at 14.057
seconds.
The ImmediaDent Figure 8 saw a three car pileup on lap 1 eliminating Brad Cain,
Joe Hart and Herb Rose. Upon the return to green, Jeff Swinford made quick work
of the competition to capture the checker over Mike Riddle, Jr; Josh Tharp, Mike
Peters and Rob Allman. Swinford was also the heat winner.
