Anderson Speedway President, Rick Dawson, has announced that long time track supporter and flagman, Gary Mong has been appointed Vice-President of Operations for Action Entertainment, Inc., the parent Company of Anderson Speedway.

The first official entry has been received for the 68th Annual Pay Less Little 500 presented by UAW-GM on Saturday, May 28 at Anderson Speedway. Brian Gerster, third-place finisher in 2012, is the first official entry in the Davis-Gerster Racing No. 27.

A marker honoring Tony Elliott, a two-time USAC National Sprint Car Series champion and Little 500 Legend who died in a plane crash in 2015, will be unveiled on the IndyCar stage at 2 p.m. today, Dec. 8, the opening day of the the annual Performance Racing Industry trade show at the Indiana Convention Center. In spring 2017, the marker will be installed in Warsaw. The unveiling is open to the public.
